Q. What type of rental agreements does Tricom have for Rentals?
A. Tricom can tailor a rental program to meet your specific needs, from daily to as long as you need it!
Q. Is there a minimum rental charge?
A. Yes, there is either a daily rental charge or monthly rental charge. If you use the copier for less than the designated plan, your cost will be for the minimum period. If you use the copier for more than the minimum rental period, your final usage will be prorated.
Q. If we need service, how fast will your technician respond to our problem?
A. Our response time is 4 hours or less. in the 25 km of radius of Hyderabad city
Q. What if my copier is completely down and the technicians can’t seem to fit it?
A. Unfortunately there are times when a copier will breakdown and for some unforeseen reason it can’t be repaired while in the field. We understand that this is most frustrating for you and we will replace the machine at no cost to you.
Q. If our copy usage exceeds our copier, can we upgrade?
A. Yes. Tricom has a large copier inventory to meet whatever our customer’s needs might be!
Q. How soon can I expect my copier(s) once I've decided what I need?
A. Although there are times we can deliver the same day, other times to get the right machine for you it might take a few days.
Q. What areas do you service?
A. We primarily service for rentals in Hyderabad and Secundrabad. We do have arrangements for out of area and out of state rentals.
Q. How many rental programs does Tricom offer?
A. We offer Three types of pricing programs.
A. Digital copier, service, and supplies (excluding paper). In addition, we provide FREE training on all copiers and fax units we rent.
